Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews to gather detailed patient history.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating effective therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and more.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to provide accountability and track improvement.

• Encourage the integration of psychoeducation in therapy to empower clients and enhance their relational skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, including couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, families addressing dynamic issues, and individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, providing you with a rich tapestry of experiences that inform your practice. You will play a critical role in promoting healthy psychological functioning within families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active MFT license in the state of Washington.

• Certification in one or more recognized treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Clinical experience, with a minimum of one year of post-licensure experience preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
