Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and therapeutic appropriateness.

• Gather and synthesize detailed patient histories to inform treatment planning.

• Consistently document client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, using designated electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient base consists of individuals and families facing various challenges, including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As an LMFT, you will utilize your expertise in systemic thinking to assist clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will be impacting the lives of a diverse array of clients, often providing culturally sensitive therapy to meet the unique needs of our community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Proven certification in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or systems therapy.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, with an emphasis on outpatient settings.

• Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable and can enhance service delivery.
