Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families. Our clients often deal with a variety of challenges including relationship issues, communication barriers, emotional stressors, and systemic familial issues. By employing diverse therapeutic modalities—such as structural, narrative, and systems therapy—the therapist will help clients navigate their complexities and promote healing and growth within relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid MFT license in New Jersey is mandatory.

• Certification in one or more relevant therapeutic modalities, demonstrating specialized competency in areas such as narrative therapy, strategic therapy, or transgenerational therapy.

• At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred, ensuring familiarity with therapeutic practices and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, reflecting qualifications and experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to welcome new team members.
