Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate patients' mental health, family dynamics, and individual needs, ensuring a personalized approach from day one.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and systems approaches, to tailor treatment to each patient's specific circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs, treatment goals, and evidence-based practices, adjusting strategies as required based on patient progression.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress, utilizing our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
