Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients across all age ranges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize a billing service that efficiently manages claims, handles client and insurance accounts, performs benefit checks, and implements payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Promptly document session notes and maintain comprehensive records for each client to ensure continuity of care and meet professional standards.

• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments, keeping your calendar updated to allow clients easy access to continued support.
\n
• Demonstrate adaptability and proficiency in addressing a wide range of clinical presentations, assisting clients in navigating their challenges.

As a crucial member of our therapeutic team, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and couples seeking support for various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with proven ability to practice independently.

• Self-motivated and self-sufficient with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Availability for a full-time commitment, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, our therapists are recognized as W2 employees, which includes a range of comprehensive benefits.

• Therapists are compensated at an hourly rate with performance bonuses available.
\n
• All overhead costs are fully covered, including furnished office space (for in-person sessions), electronic medical records (EMR) system access, office supplies, and malpractice insurance.
