This role allows for a hybrid work-from-home model, supporting a flexible schedule that accommodates both therapist and patient needs. You will have the autonomy to create your own work hours as a W2 employee, while benefiting from extensive administrative support through our billing services. This includes managing claims, client accounts, insurance eligibility checks, and payment plans, enabling you to focus fully on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across diverse age ranges, applying evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Timely completion of clinical documentation, including notes and medical records, in accordance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments and maintain an organized, updated calendar to optimize client access and therapy continuity.

• Utilize clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans suitable for a variety of mental health conditions and life challenges.

• Engage actively in team collaboration to enhance service delivery, share insights, and participate in case discussions with fellow therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples experiencing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our team values the importance of understanding each client’s cultural background and personal history to deliver culturally competent care and establish trusting therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with a current LCSW license to practice independently.

• Excellence in maintaining therapeutic boundaries, professionalism, and self-motivation, along with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Dedication to ongoing professional development and enhancing therapeutic skills through training and education.

• Availability for full-time work, specifically a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with a requirement to accommodate at least two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer additional bonuses and competitive compensation as a W2 employee, reflecting our commitment to fair remuneration. Benefits include:
