Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, both in-person and through telehealth platforms, including comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions, arranging for additional assessments as necessary.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, adhering to admission and discharge criteria while adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.

• Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational guidelines.

• Participate in improving agency service delivery and quality by contributing to committees and internal reviews.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and effective outcomes.

• Carry an active caseload, offering empathetic support while guiding clients through their recovery journey.

• Assist with on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring client support is available during non-standard hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
