You will be joining a progressive outpatient mental health clinic, fully equipped with the latest technology and a dynamic team of licensed professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that inform the development of tailored treatment plans grounded in established best practices.

• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring a high standard of confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to provide comprehensive care and support across the continuum of services.

• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance quality care, contributing your expertise toward collective improvement.

• Act as an educator and resource for clients and their families, offering guidance on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Circles, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and their families, who are facing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your work will be vital in implementing effective interventions and providing holistic support, aiming for the overall well-being of each individual served.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
