Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based practices in behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy when delivering care to clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments by gathering relevant medical, social, and emotional data through effective interviewing techniques, consultation with the healthcare team, and evaluation of patient charts.

• Formulate and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, aimed at addressing the client's strengths, needs, and concerns.

• Lead educational and therapeutic groups, documenting patient goals and progress in response to the group activities.

• Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with community organizations to foster a network of support for patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will address a variety of psychosocial needs, including behavioral health disorders, trauma, and family dynamics, while also considering cultural and spiritual values that inform treatment approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
