This position is primarily remote, allowing for significant flexibility in scheduling while ensuring timely support for students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students to identify their emotional, social, and academic needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, focusing on mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population served includes school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical social work or school environment.

• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and school-related challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students of varying ages and their families, employing empathy and respect.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 60,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
