Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychosocial evaluations, utilizing interview techniques to gather detailed histories for students, their families, and collateral contacts.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support during emergencies, coordinating with emergency services and ensuring mandatory reporting protocols are followed when necessary.

• Work closely with the Practitioner team to identify and address risks, presenting findings to Clinical Leads to develop actionable mitigation strategies.

• Implement and maintain best practices for safeguarding and risk management, ensuring adherence to all organizational policies and procedures.

• Track outcomes through diligent monitoring of therapeutic interventions, collecting feedback from clients and their families to drive continuous improvement and informing organizational change initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes a child-centered approach, focusing on children and adolescents in school settings. You will support youth dealing with a variety of issues, including behavioral disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and socio-emotional challenges. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in advocating for these individuals while working collaboratively with families, teachers, and community resources to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is mandatory for this role.
