Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through interviews, extensive observations, and reviewing medical records, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of students' emotional, social, and environmental challenges impacting their educational journey.

• Provide empathetic counseling and emotional support to students and their families, addressing challenges with adjustment, anxiety, grief, and coping mechanisms as they navigate rehabilitation.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, collaborating to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect students’ psychosocial needs and educational goals.

• Assist students in accessing vital community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, to facilitate their overall well-being.

• Educate families regarding community resources and post-rehabilitation support options, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for transitions.

• Engage actively in discharge planning processes, helping students transition smoothly to home or other educational settings, fostering ongoing success in their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus .
