Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in the therapeutic journey of students and their families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and co-developing individualized treatment plans with clients.

• Practicing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique challenges faced by students.

• Collaborating effectively with educators, school staff, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and create holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring confidentiality in every aspect of your work.

• Providing psychoeducation to students and families about mental health topics, available resources, and intervention options to foster understanding and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse patient population comprising school-aged children and adolescents who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, or other mental health challenges. Building trust and rapport with students will be essential to effectively facilitate their therapeutic progress within the school environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience, particularly in a school or community mental health setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal relationships.
