This position primarily operates in a remote setting with outreach elements directly in schools across Surprise, Arizona. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW at Thrive Collective Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of students, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Providing individual and group therapy using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to fit the unique circumstances of each case.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA and organizational guidelines, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and professional development sessions to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Collaborating with educators, families, and community resources to develop wraparound services necessary for a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Educating clients, their families, and the school community on mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources.

You will serve a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school, many of whom face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona or an equivalent state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
