Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to students experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Collaborate with clinic psychiatrists, other mental health professionals, and educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

• Engage in class instruction or training for medical students and supervise psychotherapy residents, sharing your expertise to shape the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Attend regular team meetings and patient staffing sessions to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and promote a cohesive treatment approach.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently, following department policies for assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
