Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of our clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for each interaction using the AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring the accuracy and completion of client records.

• Conduct clinical consultations, both in-person and via phone, handling crisis and non-crisis situations with poise and professionalism.

• Oversee and manage a group of clinical interns, including their recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with university requirements.

• Evaluate and modify intern caseloads and assignments, supporting optimal service delivery and meeting programmatic goals.

• Participate actively in internal meetings, audits, and quality assurance initiatives aimed at maintaining high standards of client care and agency compliance.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of interns and ensure alignment with federal, state, and county policies.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues within the organization to ensure a conducive work environment.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of advancements in social work and mental health practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
