Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs using standardized tools and interviews, enabling you to identify their unique challenges and strengths.

• Provide both individual and group counseling, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to suit the needs of diverse client populations.

• Develop individualized service plans that align with clients' goals, reviewing and adjusting them as necessary to enhance their progress towards improved mental health and social functioning.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to necessary resources, including healthcare services and social support, by navigating complex systems on their behalf.
\n
• Contribute actively to program development and implementation, including evaluating existing services based on client feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Partner with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to broaden the scope of our services and ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings, professional training workshops, and community outreach events, promoting awareness of mental health issues and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve a diverse client population that includes individuals and families from various backgrounds facing social, emotional, and economic challenges. Your efforts will be vital in supporting marginalized groups and addressing inequities through focused interventions and support services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
