Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synergetic Counseling P.C., you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals presenting with a variety of mental health concerns, assisting in the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA while ensuring timely updates to treatment plans and progress notes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to provide comprehensive and cohesive treatment for each patient.

• Engage in regular case consultations with the clinical team to assess treatment efficacy and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health, implementing new findings into your practice to enhance patient care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
