Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment, enhance patients' health status, and optimize resource utilization.

• Collaborate with the Social Work Manager to diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of psychosocial issues, facilitating the resolution of personal and environmental challenges faced by patients and their families.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing both individual and group modalities, closely monitoring treatment effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary to maximize outcomes.

• Document social work interventions in accordance with department standards and maintain an accurate account of patient progress in medical records.

• Provide education to patients and families on understanding treatment recommendations to facilitate acceptance and adherence, thereby enhancing the patient experience.

• Engage in advocacy activities, assessing the needs of patients and connecting them with community resources to improve social support systems.

• Participate in ongoing educational activities to maintain and enhance your professional expertise and stay current on available community resources.

• Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics and the organization’s values of respect, honesty, and fairness while improving health outcomes within the community.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Refreshed Mind Clinic, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
