This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide vital social work services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for seniors, evaluating their emotional, mental, and social needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to formulate personalized care plans tailored to individual goals and preferences.

• Provide counseling and emotional support, facilitating discussions to navigate life's transitions and challenges that seniors might face.

• Act as an advocate for clients' rights and access to community resources, ensuring they receive the necessary support and services.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and caregivers, to enhance care coordination and share actionable insights about client needs.

• Facilitate communication among family members involved in the senior client's care, helping to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
