Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychosocial stressors. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet individual client needs will contribute to their overall mental health progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least 3 years of proven clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a relevant setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
