Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and disabilities.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in a collaborative environment.

• Actively participate in team meetings to monitor and evaluate client outcomes and progress.

• Provide evidence-based support to families, helping them navigate challenges associated with their child's developmental needs.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to engage with children during therapy sessions.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure service effectiveness and adapt strategies according to evolving family dynamics and child development milestones.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations relating to social work practices and client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will specifically focus on infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. Our children’s services are designed to help them acquire crucial skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas during their critical early years. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
