Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our facility, your responsibilities will encompass a range of impactful tasks:

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of children's developmental, social, emotional, and cognitive needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring that objectives are met and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide families with advice, support, and resources to enhance their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members to create a healthy and effective learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices while implementing therapeutic strategies.

• Regularly communicate with families and the team regarding the child’s progress, needs, and recommended services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged birth to three years who demonstrate developmental delays or have disabilities. You will work closely with families, helping them understand their child's needs and navigating available support systems. Qualifications\n

To be considered for the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
