Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children to identify developmental delays and areas of need.
\n
• Participating in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Monitoring child progress and outcomes through regular follow-ups and adjustments to intervention strategies as necessary.
\n
• Providing education and support to families, equipping them with resources, skills, and strategies to foster their child's development.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to guide interventions.
\n
• Adopting a coaching model to engage parents and caregivers during sessions, making learning interactive and meaningful.
\n
• Adhering to all Federal and State regulations and organizational standards to ensure the health and safety of staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who present with disabilities or developmental delays. You will be integrating into a system that provides early intervention services that are crucial at this stage of life. Your work will not only enhance the skills of these young children but also empower their families, providing them with confidence in their parenting and caregiving abilities.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential home visits.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to connect with children and families, adapting your approach to meet diverse learning styles.

• Commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful environment for all clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates with:

• At least one year of experience in early intervention or working directly with children under age three.
