Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish the developmental needs of children.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.

• Monitor outcomes consistently as a collaborative team member, ensuring measurable improvements in children's developmental milestones.

• Provide essential support and guidance to families, equipping them with strategies and information to foster their child's growth.

• Utilize coaching models and natural learning environment practices to promote learning within the family's routine.

• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere for effective therapy.

• Uphold compliance with all relevant federal and state health regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role specifically targets infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges or delays, emphasizing early intervention methodologies. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
