Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, thereby informing treatment decisions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant professionals to ensure clients receive integrated and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, as well as develop safety plans to mitigate immediate risks for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
