Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, to provide effective psychoeducation and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and school personnel, to coordinate care and share insights for improved client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case discussions and peer supervision meetings to promote shared learning and elevate the quality of therapeutic services.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing resources and guidance on mental health issues, treatment options, and community services.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and trends, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Holds an active and valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
