Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct comprehensive assessments and establish independent psychosocial diagnoses for a diverse patient population.

• Collaborate with patients to create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused treatment and motivational interviewing, to encourage positive behavioral change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance-based incentives.
