Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the complexities of clients' mental health challenges, identifying their strengths and available resources.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions by employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and craft individual treatment plans, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation that reflects therapeutic processes and client progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, leading psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower clients in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
