Key Responsibilities\n

  Assess and diagnose patient conditions as needed, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to ensure comprehensive evaluations.

  Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the culturally diverse backgrounds and specific needs of patients, ensuring plans are tailored to each unique situation.

  Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, implementing clinical interventions and adjustments to treatment strategies to meet evolving patient needs.

  Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation, strictly adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
