Pyramid Counseling Center handles all administrative tasks, including insurance verification, billing, and client marketing, allowing you to focus predominantly on providing exceptional care to your clients. Our team utilizes an electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline processes and maintain compliance with audits and regulations, making your workload more manageable.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, providing psychotherapy services primarily to adult clients.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients on a full-time basis.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Document all client interactions appropriately within our EHR system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to continuously enhance clinical skills and adhere to best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist primarily of adult clients, many of whom face a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Additionally, experience or a willingness to work with the LGBTQIA+ community and an understanding of men’s mental health issues will be advantageous but is not mandatory. Our practice values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood within the therapeutic setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, active LCSW license to practice in the State of Florida.

• At least three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
