Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still fulfilling your professional responsibilities. You will primarily consult with clients via teletherapy, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms to maintain confidentiality and connection. As part of a team at the hospice center, you will have the opportunity to coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals, including medical staff and other mental health providers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans with specific goals and measurable outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant professionals to ensure holistic treatment and care coordination.

• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, providing immediate support to high-risk clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to build community and peer support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates.
