Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to assist clients in their recovery journey from the comfort of your own home or flexible working environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with healthcare professionals, case managers, and counselors, working together to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to meet client needs. Your ability to remain flexible with scheduling is important as we strive to provide continuous care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Love Bound Therapy, you will have a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, mental, and social needs, specifically as they relate to substance use recovery.

• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on their specific goals for recovery and overall well-being.

• Providing counseling and emotional support to clients, helping them cope with the challenges of detox and recovery, and guiding them through life transitions.

• Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring access to necessary community resources and services.
\n
• Coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to create a seamless support system for clients, facilitating communication among professionals involved in their care.

• Monitoring client progress through regular check-ins and assessments, including adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on clients' evolving needs.

• Educating clients and their families about available recovery resources, community support groups, and coping strategies to enhance their overall recovery experience.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification from substances, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring mental health issues. Building rapport and establishing trust with clients will be essential, as many may have complex backgrounds and specific triggers that impact their recovery process. Your expertise will play a vital role not only in their immediate stabilization during detox but also in setting the stage for successful long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's Degree in Social Work is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
