Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for patients coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and tailor treatment plans based on individual patient needs, cultural factors, and goals, ensuring they are aligned with best practice standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other health professionals to create a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records (EHRs), adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical assessments.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery process.

Your primary responsibility will involve working with clients in a detox center setting, often facing substance use disorders in conjunction with mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
