Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, both in-person and virtually, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and actively develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submission.
\n
• Offer exceptional customer service, engaging collaboratively with a diverse team to enhance community support for mental health initiatives.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting goal achievement and client wellness.
\n
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients weekly, ensuring a balanced workload and enabling strong client relationships.
\n
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and other medical and academic personnel to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings, continuing education, and community outreach initiatives aimed at expanding our impact.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from the Clinical Director and other leadership staff to ensure seamless operational communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families impacted by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Your ability to connect with clients of varying backgrounds and experiences will enhance their recovery and foster an engaging therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline is required.

• Must hold an active and independent California License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to uphold professional boundaries while establishing trust with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain client records and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in the detox and substance abuse recovery field is highly desirable, particularly in utilizing evidence-based therapies.

• Prior experience with comprehensive documentation, including assessments and treatment planning, within a therapeutic context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 .
