Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in a supportive, respectful environment, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team aimed at achieving common goals to improve client care.

• Implement and adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines established by H.O.P.E Healthcare Clinic, including maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans that focus on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, ensuring appropriate responses to high-risk situations to safeguard client wellbeing.

• Manage documentation and reports diligently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission.

• Engage in continuous self-evaluation and performance improvement processes, contributing to team discussions and initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing significant challenges related to severe emotional and mental health issues. This includes addressing the complex needs of clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You will utilize evidence-based practices to offer clients preventative care and therapeutic interventions, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in a mental health or substance abuse setting.

• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning particular to the patient populations served.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients and colleagues.
