Work Environment\n

This position operates from a remote setting affiliated with a detox center, allowing for a flexible work environment within the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. We also provide options for flexible shifts, including 4-day work weeks or traditional 5-day schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your essential duties will include:

• Conducting psychotherapy and counseling sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Completing thorough evaluations by interviewing clients to gather comprehensive social, personal, and health histories.
\n
• Developing and implementing targeted treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, with an emphasis on their emotional and social wellness.

• Coordinating care with community resources and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic support.

• Facilitating therapy sessions aimed at improving cognitive and behavioral health, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and familial challenges.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with established protocols.

• Providing crisis intervention and stabilization services, ensuring mental health emergencies are addressed promptly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering a salary between USD 85,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
