Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize empathetic communication to de-escalate emotional distress in high-stress situations, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources—to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing essential support to a diverse client population, including individuals coping with grief, chronic illness, and emotional distress related to hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
