The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches.

• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with vital resources such as financial assistance, housing services, and community programs to support their holistic well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation or severe trauma responses, ensuring immediate safety and a supportive environment.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and providing psychoeducation to schools and local organizations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in supervision and professional development activities, receiving mentorship to enhance both clinical skills and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current New Jersey LCSW license and the ability to practice independently.
