Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans.

• Administering various forms of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as appropriate to client needs.
\n
• Documenting clinical notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, to deliver coordinated care that optimizes patient outcomes.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and best practices, enhancing the overall quality of care we provide.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to foster resilience and empower recovery.
\n
• Staying updated with current research and developments in mental health by continuously integrating new knowledge into practice.

• Managing a full caseload effectively, ensuring that treatment goals are met in a timely manner while adhering to ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve serving a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with patients from all walks of life, applying solution-focused therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
