Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain comprehensive records for all clients utilizing the AWARDS electronic health record system.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical consultation, both in-person and via phone, ensuring clients receive timely support during critical moments.
\n
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of interns and trainees, coordinating with educational institutions to ensure compliance with academic requirements.
\n
• Lead training sessions and workshops for interns, ensuring continual compliance with federal, state, and county policies.
\n
• Participate in evaluations of intern performance and contribute to the administrative processes related to their development.
\n
• Engage in ongoing quality assurance (QA/QI) assessments of documentation and client records to ensure organizational compliance.
\n
• Attend all required meetings, trainings, and adhere to interdepartmental collaboration initiatives aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

• Work closely with families and other healthcare professionals, maintaining open lines of communication to support holistic client care.
\n
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the working environment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management to ensure program effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Behavioral Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 per year for this full-time position.
