Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify treatment barriers and facilitate patient discharge.
\n
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, integrating both individual and group therapy modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Providing consultation to medical and support staff regarding patients' psychosocial functioning to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care plans are enacted.

• Documenting social work activities and treatment progress in patients’ medical records in compliance with departmental standards.

• Educating clients and families on mental health recommendations, fostering understanding and adherence to treatment protocols.

• Coordinating advocacy efforts within the community to support patients’ self-determination and enhance their social support systems.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of community resources and effectively utilizing them for the benefit of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals undergoing detoxification and those battling a variety of psychosocial issues related to mental and physical health. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
