Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using video conferencing technology and face-to-face meetings. You will provide invaluable emotional support tailored to each client's unique mental health needs.

• Assess clients’ psychological and social needs swiftly upon intake, and develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes and personal growth.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Act as a client advocate, helping individuals set and achieve tangible goals to enhance their quality of life and mental well-being.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, collaborate on treatment strategies, and refine therapeutic approaches to improve service delivery.

• Document client sessions and maintain accurate records in accordance with state regulations and agency policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients in a hospice setting, focusing on individuals and families dealing with terminal illnesses and navigating complex grief and loss issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a necessary prerequisite.

• Candidates must possess a current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Proven experience in clinical social work, demonstrating proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and specialization.
