Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, thoroughly evaluating clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges to inform effective treatment strategies.

• Deliver tailored interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring cultural competencies are respected and addressed.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and nurses—to develop and monitor comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans.

Qualifications\n
