Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and challenges to inform treatment.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, tailored to the clients' cultural backgrounds and specific needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans outlining clients' goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to create integrated and holistic care strategies.
