Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other specialists to create and implement client-centered treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster connection and education among participants.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of accountability and transparency.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, adjust treatment plans, and share insights for improved care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).

• Minimum of two years’ experience in mental health or outpatient settings with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with diverse populations and knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt to changing client needs in a remote environment is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
