Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and resources available for treatment.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and appropriate interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care plan that fosters holistic healing.

• Engage in crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and safety planning to support clients through critical moments.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, run psychoeducation classes, and lead support groups to promote community and connection among clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).

Compensation and Benefits\n
