Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a minimum of 25 clients weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring a goal-oriented approach to mental health improvement.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is working with adults aged 18 and older, including individuals from minority and diverse backgrounds. We emphasize the importance of cultural competence in our services and strive to create an inclusive environment that respects the unique experiences of all clients. Experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ community or in men’s mental health is highly valued, as we aim to provide specialized support in these areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland, with the ability to provide services remotely.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in similar settings.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to adults in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
