Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, including mental health histories and psychosocial status, to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, adapting your approach to meet diverse client requirements.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish measurable and achievable therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on progress reports and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices, therapeutic strategies, and advancements in mental health care.

As an LICSW at Peaceful Place Therapeutic Solutions, you'll work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000.
