Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, using standardized instruments and individualized interviews to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Work closely with clients to set realistic, achievable therapeutic goals, continually assessing progress and adapting strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Document detailed and accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical considerations are upheld.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and internal training sessions to remain current on best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
